鉄骨工事学習用教材

学生に向けた教材を作成するにあたり、普段はすることの無い作業の写真を撮ってみました。

やはり歪みが確認されます。

薄板をショットにかけると曲がるというのは常識的に知っていましたが、

現物を見るのは初めてだったので新鮮でした。

この他にも、溶接動画や工事現場等の写真を撮りましたがまた別の機会にでも公表出来たらと思います。

今回の学習用教材資料作成は、監修が某学校の教授でしたので注意して見る所が、業界の常識では

見落とすような所も見られていたのでいい刺激になりました。

完成された教材はまだ拝見出来ていないですが、学生が興味を持ってくれたらと思います。

そして業界に若い世代が増えてさらなる繁栄につながればと願うばかりです。

建築材料実習工場見学（鳥取短期大学）

青年部会

[会社名]　有限会社　前畑鉄工所

令和4年7月1日、鳥取短期大学　生活科　住居・デザイン専攻の学生さんたちを招いて建築材料実習（鋼材・鉄骨加工）を弊社工場にて行いました。見学会は毎年鳥取短期大学から依頼をいただき、平成24年（2012年）から10年連続で続いています。

実習内容は鋼構造における鋼材の種類や特性、および工場加工における品質確保の重要性を学ぶこととなっています。弊社としては初夏の恒例行事となっており、社長や社員も気合の入る1日です！！
